Yoga Sutras Practice & StudyFebruary 11, March 4, April 8, 2018

In celebration of 100 years since the birth of BKS Iyengar, Yoga North is pleased to offer a chance to study key parts of The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.  Our yoga practice is based on an ancient tradition, of which this book is a fundamental text.  It is essential to the understanding and practice of Iyengar Yoga.

Over three Sunday afternoons, Drew and Regan will facilitate a short practice and discussion of the eight limbs of yoga, focusing on the yamas and niyamas (the ethical practices and disciplines).  Join us in learning how the Yoga Sutras can help deepen your practice.   All levels welcome.

Dates:   Sundays – February 11, March 4, April 8, 2018
