Yoga North encourages the development of a home/personal practice to complement regular classes. Classes can help you learn the correct way to do the poses, the right sequencing of the poses, and specific actions to take in the poses. However, yoga is ultimately a personal experience that can best be fostered in your own home practice. Try practicing whatever you can recall at home, even for a short practice. Gradually, make that home practice a regular part of your life.
