In this class we will look at practices which help women to manage the stresses of everyday life and the challenges that come with physical and emotional changes as we age. We will explore practices to improve hot flashes, improve sleep, maintain and lift the organic body, improve posture which affects spine and brain/cognitive health. This class is beneficial for all women whether pre, peri, or postmenopausal.

Improve the function of your hip joints and your low back (sacrum, lumbar spine) by understanding how the mobility of the groins, the alignment and stability of the bones and the strength of the muscles support optimal hip, pelvic and back health. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
You will require the following props for this class series:
- 1 bolster
- 1 belt (2 is optimal)
- 1 brick shaped wood, cork or foam block
- 2 regular but sturdy chairs
- 1 blanket
- 1 yoga mat
